My experience at this apartment has been wonderful so far. The leasing and on-site staff are very kind and always willing to help if needed. The location is great and the apartments are spacious (even in my studio apartment). I love living here and would recommend this apartment to others!

I love living here! Aleka was super helpful with my move in process during the holidays and always responds quickly. The apartment itself has so much personality and huge windows overlooking Lanier. Very quiet and well maintained. I’m in love, very picturesque DC living :) very walkable including to Columbia heights metro

The Park Terrace had everything I was looking for in a new apartment building - a great location, accessible public transportation, large units, a rooftop, a gym, and ample lighting - all at a reasonable price. The unit is large and equipped with sizeable storage options to help maximize the space in my studio. I would recommend the Park Terrace to anybody looking to rent in the greater Adam's Morgan area.

Exceptional customer service. Stellar building. Best location in Washington, DC. Friendly staff. Great value. Once my air conditioner broke, and maintenance replaced it in 20 minutes. I love living here and plan to stay a couple years or longer.

I have really enjoyed living at Park Terrace. It's quiet, neighbors are friendly, and staff is communicative and helpful. The building is clean and the neighborhood is lovely. The view from the roof is so beautiful and serene. Would absolutely encourage anyone to live here.

So far so good. Just moved in a week ago but have had no problems. Aleka Williams was very helpful during the leasing/move in process. My apartment was completely painted, polished, and clean upon move in

Park Terrace has been a wonderful place to live for years. Wonderful staff and comfortable units. Aleka Williams, the current Manager, assisted us every time we needed help. Higher floors have a wonderful sight of Lanier Place.

Park Terrace is a wonderful place to live! It is conveniently located near a metro, grocery stores, & entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Staff are friendly, as are neighbors. Any issue I've had in my unit (all small problems) have been fixed promptly.

Apartment is in a good location. The staff is very friendly. It's an older building but fairly well maintained. There are several amenities that are offered: roof top deck, fitness room, and laundry facilities.
