A relatively affordable place to live on a beautiful street. Apartments are relatively quiet. Very convenient to buses and metro is walkable. Grocery stores and parks nearby, too. The price and location are the highlights.

The Park Terrace had everything I was looking for in a new apartment building - a great location, accessible public transportation, large units, a rooftop, a gym, and ample lighting - all at a reasonable price. The unit is large and equipped with sizeable storage options to help maximize the space in my studio. I would recommend the Park Terrace to anybody looking to rent in the greater Adam's Morgan area.

Exceptional customer service. Stellar building. Best location in Washington, DC. Friendly staff. Great value. Once my air conditioner broke, and maintenance replaced it in 20 minutes. I love living here and plan to stay a couple years or longer.

Park Terrace has been a wonderful place to live for years. Wonderful staff and comfortable units. Aleka Williams, the current Manager, assisted us every time we needed help. Higher floors have a wonderful sight of Lanier Place.

Park Terrace is a wonderful place to live! It is conveniently located near a metro, grocery stores, & entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Staff are friendly, as are neighbors. Any issue I've had in my unit (all small problems) have been fixed promptly.

Apartment is in a good location. The staff is very friendly. It's an older building but fairly well maintained. There are several amenities that are offered: roof top deck, fitness room, and laundry facilities.
